This year’s Bravery Bootcamp is virtual and will meet during the week of Aug. 23-27. There will be two virtual groups per day, each 75 minutes long.
Parent training is an integral part of the program and will provide education to parents about anxiety and how it manifests in children. There will be two recorded parent sessions available before the camp and two live, virtual sessions during the camp week. In these sessions, parents will have the opportunity to discuss common concerns that parents and kids have regarding coping with anxiety, including returning to school and will learn tools to support their child’s ability to overcome anxiety. Parents will learn how to support brave behavior and facilitate exposures (bravery practice) at home.
Bravery Bootcamp will be conducted virtually through HIPAA compliant telehealth platforms. For more information or to sign up, please contact Dr. Michelle Greenberg 914-385-1150, option 1 or email email@example.com
