Executive Assistant to Co-Founders

Ms. Anne D’Alessandro is the Executive Assistant to CBC Co-Founders Dr. Lata McGinn and Dr. Alec Miller and works directly with Dr. Lata McGinn on a day-to-day basis. She manages Dr. McGinn’s schedule, provides administrative support to her in all her roles, projects, tasks, and meetings, and manages her correspondence with clients, staff, trainees, professionals, vendors, and organizations.

Ms. D’Alessandro has vast experience in healthcare administration – both in Europe and here in the US. Prior to moving to the US, she worked as Clinical Trials Manager for the Institute of Clinical Pharmacology (ICP) in Dublin, Ireland. After emigrating to New York, Ms. D’Alessandro worked for seven years as an administrative assistant and patent coordinator for the Office of Associate Dean for Science and Technology Administration, Dept of Industrial Liaison at New York University Medical Center. For the next four years, she worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) in New York City, where she served as Executive Assistant and Office Manager to MSKCC’s Physician-in-Chief. She subsequently worked as Clinical Trials Coordinator and Research Data Coordinator for MSKCC’s Regional Operations both in Sleepy Hollow, NY and Basking Ridge, NJ for the next five years. Prior to joining CBC, she worked for the past 14 years as Executive Assistant and office manager for Aging Matters Psychological Services PC, where she oversaw all administrative and medical billing practices.

Ms. D’Alessandro received her B.Sc. in Health Care Policy and Planning from New York University. She is a member of the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA) and has co-authored a publication in the scientific journal, Breast Cancer Research and Treatment.
