Stacy Sandovalin-Santizo serves as a Client Services Coordinator at CBC, where she plays a key role in supporting clients, families, and the clinical team by helping ensure a smooth and welcoming care experience. She is a graduate of Stony Brook University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and developed a strong foundation in behavioral health and human services.

Prior to joining CBC, Stacy worked as the Milieu Manager on an adolescent unit at Four Winds Hospital, an inpatient psychiatric facility. In this role, she supported day-to-day unit operations, collaborated closely with multidisciplinary treatment teams, and helped maintain a therapeutic and structured environment for adolescents receiving acute mental health care.

Stacy is fully bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish, with professional experience providing translation services in clinical settings. Her language skills allow her to support effective communication with patients and families and help ensure culturally responsive care. She brings compassion, professionalism, and a strong commitment to client support to her role at CBC.
