Social Anxiety Groups Spring 2021
We will be offering our Social Anxiety Group program this spring on our virtual platform. This program is designed to help Adolescents and Young Adults boost their comfort, confidence, and competence, and reduce anxiety, in social and public situations.
The group uses CBT strategies to help participants gain a better understanding of social anxiety, challenge worry thoughts experienced in social situations, enhance conversational and assertiveness skills, and face their fears with practice of these skills in different real-life activities.
We will be running two groups that will meet weekly from 5-6:30 p.m. for 12 sessions:
