On December 10th, 2019 Dr. Lata McGinn presented at the Annual Global Consortium for Depression Prevention (GCDP) in York, England. Dr. McGinn’s presentation fell under the Psychological Interventions for Depression category and was titled “Feasibility and Impact of an Exposure Augmented Cognitive Behavior Therapy Protocol to Prevent Symptoms of Pharmacologically Induced Depression: Proof of Concept”.
This consortium is intended to bring together outstanding researchers within the depression prevention field across the globe. The consortium covers multiple disciplines and includes research and insights from psychology, psychiatry, medicine, epidemiology, economics, demographics, health policy, political science, technology, and culture.
