Senior Staff Psychologist

Dr. Randi Dublin is a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience in integrated medical and behavioral health settings. She serves as a Senior Clinical Psychologist at Cognitive and Behavioral Consultants where she provides individual, family and group therapy to individuals across the lifespan. Dr. Dublin is intensively trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She incorporates techniques from CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and DBT into her clinical practice, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Previously, Dr. Dublin was a Staff Psychologist and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Westchester Medical Center/New York Medical College. In this role, she provided evidence-based psychotherapy to adults with a wide range of mental health diagnoses, conducted comprehensive psychological intake and diagnostic assessments, led a DBT skills group, and supervised clinical psychology doctoral trainees in psychotherapy and assessment. Dr. Dublin is committed to providing accessible, high-quality mental healthcare.

In addition to her previous work at Westchester Medical Center, Dr. Dublin is passionate about reducing the stigma associated with mental illness and promoting mental wellness in the community. Prior to her current positions, Dr. Dublin served as a Bariatric Psychologist at Harlem Hospital Center, where she evaluated potential candidates for bariatric surgery, provided pre- and post-operative psychotherapy, and led support groups. She has also worked as a Worker's Compensation Psychologist at Behavioral Medicine Associates, providing evidence-based psychological healthcare to workers who experienced on-site psychological and/or physical injuries. Earlier in her career, she was the Lead Staff Psychologist at CHE Senior Psychological Services, coordinating and implementing psychological intervention efforts at a large urban healthcare facility.

Dr. Dublin earned her Ph.D. in Clinical & School Psychology from Hofstra University, She completed her clinical psychology internship at the University of Maryland School of Medicine/VA Maryland Healthcare System. Dr. Dublin holds a Certificate of Advanced Training in LGBTQ Healthcare and is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Psychological Association, the Association of Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, and the New York State Psychological Association.
